We really owe a lot to Andrew, Hayden, Aaron and everyone else who is taking down statistics for the league. It makes it way better and official.
So basically these great guys donate their time to do their best and take down the numbers. The stats cannot possibly ever be perfect though.
This is what happens, they'll be watching the game and then all of a sudden the puck goes in the net, there is no instant replay and trust me its hard to remember what just happened before like who touched the puck last to get an assist.
*I hope everyone knows that only one assist is given per goal in the BCHL*
Anyways if you want more perfect stats, just walk by the stats person after a goal and confirm by saying (Hayden from Mark F.)
That is the solution for the future, as for the past, vic has the stats database so i will talk to him and see whether anything will be done about a couple certain cases.
But use the method above and it should work.

I would just like to note a correction for BCHL Awards/Records section. The record for most goals in a game is not the Whalers, it is actually the Blazers from the inaugural BCHL season who scored 23 (i think?) goals in the round 1 playoff game 2.
The commissioner may need to dig into his stats book from the '07 season to confirm this though.

I'm thinking that the history is portion is going to only be this year's stats because most of those stats would be wrong if we went back to last year. Also Vic did not keep the stats, like we are doing this year so their will be no way of really knowing what the real stats are. Sorry...
