I'm just wondering how waivers is working out. Connor Murphy who played last year is supposedly waiting on waivers, if anyone wants to pick him up they should over the message board i guess.1

ok let me get this straight. Someone can high-stick a guy and get a penelty. whether it be intentional or not intentional. same goes for tripping or slashing somebody. But someone who elbows someone else doesnt and is clearly seen by eveyone. and their excuse is that it was an accident?!!?! IT DOESNT MATTER IF ITS AN ACCIDENT OR NOT!!!! IT'S STILL A PENTALTY. u know it. i know it. & everyone else knows it! whats stoping other ppl from doing that then? your gona start seeing more & more ppl spinning around wildly with their elbows in the coners & in ltl scrums if u dont start calling that nuts. Thats the third time i'v seen in the last 2 games. ppl will take advantage of the things that u dont decide to call. think about it. anyone can fake elbow swings. its just a matter of know where the other person is going to be.

Believe me, ppl get elbowed hacked slashed etc. all over the place, no one says a word if the refs dont call it, and the refs try to limit powerplays to blatant penalties cause powerplays often mean an automatic goal. Its simple for the refs, they see a call that can legitimize as a penalty, they call it---otherwise play on.... so, like i said: waaaambulance

yea just look at it this way, it costs a measily $30 to play in the league, the refs donate their valuable time and they try to do their job, if we wanted to pay real refs, its a triple digit entry fee. the bchl is a good group of guys too, nobody is out there to try to hack or elbow anyone, but it does accidentally happen, and yes penalty's should be called for that, if not well, inevitably calls will be missed, i have bled from an inadvertant elbow before, i did not complain, it was impossible for the ref to notice and call. and definitely nobody is getting screwed, i can say the teams not the refs have decided every single game this year in the bchl, the better team on that particular day has always won.
keep your sticks down, control your body.

true, take it easy spence, its just a game. everyone misses a call once in a while, and there were penalties called in that game. just because your the one getting elbowed doesnt mean you have to post about it. suck it up, it happens. oh and lol at your double-post.

Hey all,
To be honest, I liek that there is some controversy i nthe league, makes it more fun for an outsider looking into the players world. In terms of the goalie power rankings, I think your ranks are pretty accurate.
I think save percentage is the best key to look at and I believe that's why Arran Baird of the Jets should get credit, cuz he's over the 80% mark on a less than average team. Way to go Arran.

hey guys i just have a couple questions the first is if we are getting our jerseys soon and second to whoever did the schedule thanks a bunch it must've been hard to figure out but i am kinda confused because for scrantonicity plays in week 3 on the 16th and then week 4 is the 11th wouldn't it be the other way around and also for week 9 and 10 you have the jets playing two teams on the Saturday at the same time maybe double check that thanks great job and this league rocks thanks to all who put it together

If not then by next Saturday at the latest. The schedule is a little weird, I advise everyone to just look at the dates rather then the week number. Also, their are some changes that I will give to brandon to change. The first change in the schedule is that all march 8th games will be played on March the 1st. Also in March, the double header on March 29 will be split up into 2 saturdays, March 22, and March 29. That way the jets won't have to play back to back games. I was still awaiting word from the church about getting the 22nd of march for games. Thanks again bringing the schedule issue to our attention, we will try our best to make it as good as we can!
